# TEAM — Developer Codes

Every change ID embeds the developer code of its author, so IDs never collide
between people working in parallel. Register yourself here **before your
first change**. Codes are 2–3 uppercase letters and never reused.

Rules:
- `tools/new_change.py` resolves your code from `git config user.email`. If your
  email is not listed, pass `--author XX` or set `DEV_CODE=XX`.
- An AI agent working on behalf of a developer uses **the developer's** code,
  not `AI`. `AI` is reserved for unattended automation (scheduled jobs).
- Adding a row here is itself a change (`type: chore`).
